1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel an order, please email us at mail@kalyari.com with your Order ID and cancellation request.
  • If eligible, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the item (refer to the Return section below).

2. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Items received that do not match your order
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original packaging with tags and invoice

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank details.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by our support team.
